- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★I've been to many Wells Fargo branches but this one is the best. Rebecca and other staff helped me very patiently with the application process. I've had a question about getting a secured card (without an SSN) for like 2 years and all other branches always tried to get rid of me without answering my question. Here in Nob Hill they (Rebecca and another indian lady) not only took time to fully explain the process but also they opened an account for me in just a couple of minutes.
