  I was there waiting in line on Saturday 7/24 to deposit and withdraw. There was only one person at the teller counter helping the customer. Also, another person behind me waiting in line as well. The teller was trying to make a sell encourage customer open the credit card ( it happened to me once 2 months ago despite that I told them I got to go but they keep on dragging me to sign the application before letting me leave). The teller did not care that we were waiting in line. After 10 minutes, the teller said, it will be a few minutes. I asked her how come another person sitting in the office doesn't come out and help. She ignored my question and continuing make her sell. The person behind me said this branch has very bad service as he experienced before. Finally, she took me in and her few minutes turned out to 20 minutes of my wait so total waiting was 30 minutes. I asked her as why another person did not come to help and she said that person is new hired. I told her that she should not make a sale while there customer in line and that is not fair. Instead of say sorry to make us waiting, she replied I did not make any sell with very high tone of voice. I told her this is not how she should talk to customer after making them wait for 30 minutes and I told her that I might have to close the account since I don't think I deserved this kind of service, she replied "fine". The person waited inline behind me started upset and said that it's not fair that to make customer waiting this long. She ignored him and told me "You could use the ATM if you don't want to wait in line". I was shocked when she said that knowing that I can't use ATM since I wanted to withdraw $1500 and she should know better that I can't withdraw that much through ATM. I was speechless and she keeps on looking to the computer. I had the feeling that she's playing game making me waiting more since I just wanted to deposit and withdraw but took her another 20 minutes?? I was delayed for my doctor appointment and i had to reschedule due to it took 45 minutes for one transaction at U.S Bank. She really ruined my weekend. I will close my accounts for sure.
